The South Bay Yoga conference is a volunteer run event that serves the community. By attending our event you are supporting your local schools, small businesses, and wellness professionals who in turn, educate and serve you and your families.
This year, we will proudly occupy the grounds of Redondo Unified High School for the 3 days of our event. Consistent with our community based theme, we choose to give our financial support to a local school district. Find a map and read more about it here.

The Usui System of Reiki Healing is an ancient healing art that was discovered in the early 1900s by Dr. Mikao Usui. The word “Reiki” (pronounced ray-key) can be translated most easily to “Univesal Life Energy”. This energy is all around us and is a part of all things. Reiki can be learned and combined with other healing techniques, massage therapist, hypnosis, hospital before and after surgery, hospice, animals, injury, yoga, etc.
