Stay in shape through hiking and yoga It is very balancing and healing doing yogaon the top of the cliffs. Begin by standing in Mountain Pose (Tadasana) with both feet connected to Mother Earth. Breathe in positive energy into every cell of your body. Release any blockages or fears. Let everything go. Feel the energy flowing down through the soles of your feet. You should feel strong & balanced. With your hands over your head and fingers spread wide apart, you will begin to feel free like a bird and energized!

YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE. IF YOU CAN BREATHE. YOU CAN DO YOGA. Some of the many benefits of yoga are: stress reduction; normalizes blood pressure; releases mention tension; improves muscle strength, tone and flexibility; purifies the nervous system; improves digestion; promotes a state of relaxation and inner contentment; and it balances the chakras.
